This group, like many of our clients, faced communication and collaboration challenges due to diverse work styles and personalities. These differences led to misunderstandings and conflicts, impacting team effectiveness. To improve engagement, satisfaction, and dynamics, we needed to establish continuity and a common language.
The Challenge
The company adopted the Insights Discovery® framework to assess personality types and enhance self-awareness. Employees attended workshops on the four personality types and their impact on teamwork and communication. Teams used these insights to create tailored collaboration strategies, leveraging individual strengths. Team-building activities were designed to meet specific needs and improve effective collaboration.

Merging two organizations with different cultures, leadership styles, and goals is challenging. About half of change initiatives fail, with only 34% reporting clear success (2021). This client needed to unite these differences to benefit their community, non-profit, and those they serve.
The Challenge
In any merger, organizations need clarity on change impacts to leadership, staff, culture, and daily functions. They needed help in creating awareness in knowing where they are at and communicating where they want to be. We facilitated a full-day workshop on communication styles for 16 leaders and staff, teaching them tools to adapt and effectively communicate changes, ideas, and feedback.

Globally, 92% of employees want frequent feedback, and 50% strongly agree they understand their roles at work (2023 Clear Company). This client lacked a structured feedback process, formal evaluations, and clear organizational and performance goals.
The Challenge
We implemented a custom Performance Development Process, including 5 training sessions for feedback and coaching, and established formal performance evaluation systems. We recreated job descriptions for 27 roles, defined essential competencies, and facilitated two goal ideation sessions. We are currently in our implementation phase of performance evaluations.
