What’s in a Personal Profile?
Each participant completes an assessment to receive a Personal Profile, detailing styles, interactions, decision-making, and insights into understanding their own behaviors.
Our Transform Group Insights Discovery® Certified Coaches will guide you through understanding your own profile and how to optimize on your effectiveness.
Insights Discovery® Workshops

Half or full-day virtual or in-person workshops available, customized to your unique needs.
1) Building Communication for Effectiveness: In this foundation workshop, we'll explore the color energies and model understanding. Each participant receives a personal profile detailing communication preferences, blind spots, motivations, and barriers. We facilitate discussions on your results to deepen self-awareness, helping you achieve peak performance. Learn to collaborate better and leverage each member's value to the team (includes a team wheel).

2) Team Effectiveness: Enhance your team's collaboration by engaging each member, creating a safe environment for discussions, anticipating conflicts, and recognizing each person's value.
3) Transformational Leadership: Explore all aspects of your leadership style, emotional intelligence when leading others and know your weaknesses/barriers that may hinder you as an effective leader.
4) Sales Effectiveness: No two sales conversations are the same. We give your salespeople a grounded yet agile skillset that empowers them to authentically adapt to every customer leading to sales success.
