  1. Virtual or In-Person Workshops - participate in facilitated discussions and activities to deepen the learning, know the value each team member brings (through a team wheel)

  2. Meet with a Coach - we use your results to target development goals, create coaching activities, and give you strategies to overcome barriers

Team Wheel

In the workshop, you can see each team members’ preferences on a “team wheel”

  • Possible strains and stresses between team members – how to adapt and connect to those “not like me”

  • Strengths and weaknesses – where are we strong, what are we not doing, what could we be doing better?

  • Meetings – how can they be even more effective in structure, clarity, and output?

  • Culture – how are our behaviors driving the team culture?

  • Motivation – how can we motivate and engage each other?

What’s in a Personal Profile?

Each participant completes an assessment to receive a Personal Profile, detailing styles, interactions, decision-making, and insights into understanding their own behaviors.

Our Transform Group Insights Discovery® Certified Coaches will guide you through understanding your own profile and how to optimize on your effectiveness.

Insights Discovery® Workshops

  • Half or full-day virtual or in-person workshops available, customized to your unique needs.

    1) Building Communication for Effectiveness: In this foundation workshop, we'll explore the color energies and model understanding. Each participant receives a personal profile detailing communication preferences, blind spots, motivations, and barriers. We facilitate discussions on your results to deepen self-awareness, helping you achieve peak performance. Learn to collaborate better and leverage each member's value to the team (includes a team wheel).

  • 2) Team Effectiveness: Enhance your team's collaboration by engaging each member, creating a safe environment for discussions, anticipating conflicts, and recognizing each person's value.
    3) Transformational Leadership: Explore all aspects of your leadership style, emotional intelligence when leading others and know your weaknesses/barriers that may hinder you as an effective leader.
    4) Sales Effectiveness: No two sales conversations are the same. We give your salespeople a grounded yet agile skillset that empowers them to authentically adapt to every customer leading to sales success.
    5) Engaging with Change:     Learn how to motivate and engage your team during change, know how to move through ambiguity and create a clear plan for the path forward.
